Some things that are not automatically included in the Unpakt Package are additional services (i.e., special handling, professional packing, storage, etc.). You can always add these to your Move Plan if you'd like.

Gratuity for the movers is not included. If your movers do a great job, you should consider tipping them and this should be distributed to the moving crew directly.
