A phone consultation is an inventory of your household goods done over the phone by your mover. If you're more comfortable discussing your move over the phone, you can request phone consultations directly on Unpakt. If you opt for this, we highly recommend evaluating 3 different movers to ensure you are receiving the best quote for your job.
A phone consultation can be requested from the Inventory page. Look for "Want to Speak with Movers?" on the bottom left.
