What if my mover doesn't show up on my move day?

We double check and triple check with our booked movers to ensure that this doesn't happen. If you need an update on the mover's arrival, contact your movers. They will get in contact with the moving crew and update you on their ETA.

If the mover's arrival window has passed and the movers still have not arrived or if you're having trouble getting in contact with the movers, reach out to The Unpakt Team right away and we will get in contact with your movers to update you on their arrival. If necessary, we will work on finding a replacement mover for you as well.
