What if I have less stuff than listed on my move day?

Make sure the movers write down what items weren't moved from your original Move Plan on the Bill of Lading. Write your initials next to it to show your approval. If you're due a refund, we will first verify with the movers after the Bill Of Lading (BOL) is received.

Please keep in mind, refunds can take 2 to 4 weeks to process after your move is completed.
