If you need to change your move date and/or time, log in to your Move Plan to request a date and/or time change.

Click the Edit link next to your move date or time to open the location details page. Use the calendar on top to choose a new date and/or the timeline bar for the new arrival window. Once selected, hit the Save button and the moving company will be alerted of your reschedule request.

  • Reschedule requests can only be submitted more than 2 business days prior to your move date.
  • You will not be able to submit a reschedule request online if your current move date is within 2 business days away. This follows our 2 business days booking rule and is considered a last-minute reschedule.
